Adam C. Dyer   Adam has sold real estate in 7 counties, but is focused on Chester County and West Chester in particular. Adam runs a multi-million dollar real estate team that handles residential, investment properties and property management. The team is ever expanding and can handle just about anything that comes our way. The focus is on customer service and being on top of the latest real estate trends, issues, and markets. Short-sales, foreclosures and distressed properties are a big portion of our business. Adam is often ranked in the 50-100 top producing CENTURY 21 Agents in the state of Pennsylvania, as an individual. He is a Cum Laude graduate of West Chester University and has extensive professional training in real estate and have achieved many professional designations. He iscurrently finishing up his PA Broker's License, which is the rough equivalent of a Master's degree in real estate. Adam's professional training ranges from technology to buyer and seller representation, to construction techniques, to real estate law. His philosophy has been to focus on my clients, rather than focusing on attracting business, in hopes that the clients would notice and refer him to friends, family, and colleagues. In his time as a commercial advisor, Nick specialized in the purchase and sale of Retail Shopping Centers, Multifamily Units & Owner Occupied Medical Properties, individually closing over $6 Million dollars in transactions. Seeing an opportunity to help homeowners in his community and surrounding area, Nick made the decision to join CENTURY 21 Alliance and focus his attention on the Residential market.
